Artist Statement
I used to portray the concept through my own perspectives on the surface of the canvas. I paint figures and object in my own signature style. My paintings are based on literary thoughts with the motive to infuse the spirit of positive thinking among the viewers who are observing them. To convey I often depict topics such as life, love and peace through my art, the objects that I use in my painting include feather, apple, key, clock, chess board, threads, etc.
Feather: As a symbol of knowledge.
Apple: As a symbol of life because an apple being a fruit of beauty and strength can be used within a certain time-frame, after which it becomes useless. A human life is also just like an apple.
Key: As a symbol of acquiring hidden treasure of knowledge. Also used as a symbol of a solution to a problem.
Clock: As a symbol of time
Chess board: As a symbol to donate life and its struggles. When I use a black and white chess board, it depicts that life is normal. On the other hand, when I use a red and black chess board, it depicts the thirst for money.
Bubble: This is a very sensitive object. I use it as a symbol of sensitivity to depict human aspects such as thoughts, moods, relationships and feelings.
Thread: As a symbol of commitment, the thickness of the thread donates the strength of the relationship.
I use some special colors in my paintings. These colors are white, red, blue, grey, black, golden and yellow.
White: For purity.
Red: For life, desires and lust.
Blue: For spirituality.
Black: For painting human forms, I make my grey color using three other colors which are black, white and brown. White is for purity, black is for darkness and negativity, and brown is for an earthy mud color. Hence, the human is a combination all these three factors. Golden: For wealth (such as knowledge or money)
Yellow: For friendly feelings.
